"Dr. Lokanis is so sweet, patient, and wants the best for her patient's. She's been treating my daughter for years and takes the time to explain her hearing aids, cleaning, and why office visits twice a year are so important. She's been very understanding with our financial situation and helps us to find the best option through insurance. If she doesn't have an answer, she'll call back with the information needed. We won't go any where else. The office staff are great too."
