The event comes in the wake of recent studies being released on the high incidence of teens affected by hearing loss as a result of loud environments. The event hopes to increase awareness and importance for education around this issue.<\/p>\n<p>The event is sponsored by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/hear_the_world\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@Hear_the_World<\/a>, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/ResourcefulMom\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@ResourcefulMom<\/a> with special guest expert<a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\/craigskasper\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">@craigkasper<\/a>. Use the #HTW hashtag on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.twitter.com\">Twitter<\/a> to join in on the discussion. You can ask questions, give feedback or just read along.<\/p>\n<p>To make the event even more fun, the sponsor will be giving out giveaways during a special trivia period.
