We’ve all done it! Acted like we understood what was being said, nodded our heads, and let the conversation go on around us…but how many times has this turned out to come back and “bite” you in the end. This holiday season remember that it is okay to not hear everything. Your friends and family are probably having difficulties hearing in the loud atmospheres too, so ask them to repeat themselves, or make themselves more clear by facing you.
