The six week challenge includes a weekly bootcamp, and daily run\/walk schedule to promote wellness and get us ready for the big run. You can join in the fun too! Get outside, head to the gym, or join a class &#8211; and we&#8217;ll see you at the Better Hearing and Speech Month celebration run! Make sure to drop by our booth for some extra &#8220;chEAR&#8221; with a poster making station.
