The website is a part of a campaign helping to increase access to sound for those with hearing loss throughout the Puget Sound region.<\/p>\n<p>Hearing Loop technology provides people with hearing loss the opportunity to hear the world clearly with the flip of a switch. A hearing loop sends clear pure sound to\u00a0a person\u2019s\u00a0t-coil equipped hearing aid and\u00a0is the internationally accepted standard for providing universal hearing access. The technology is widely spread across\u00a0Northern Europe with much success.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a video that helps explain how loop technology works:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"420\" height=\"315\" src=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/Ahbz0VvlZF0\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><br \/>\nSixty-nine percent of all hearing aids dispensed in the U.S. today have T-coils, including many of the hearing instruments available at our clinic, yet far too few consumers and\u00a0businesses\u00a0know about them.
