Office workers with a hearing loss often struggle to hear over the phone or the computer. With the increase of webinars and computer conference calls this new device helps those with a hearing loss in today\u2019s work environment.<\/p>\n
The new device named BoostEar, combines two plantronic specialty products to increase ability to communicate over the phone.\u00a0 A wallet-sized desktop audio device plugs into the receive port of a landline telephone. Another cord plugs into the USB port of a computer for two-way sound. Users are able to adjust incoming and outgoing sound levels between phone calls and PC audio by taping a button.<\/p>\n
The new device works with Bluetooth hearing instruments from Oticon, Phonak and others as wells as with any Bluetooth enabled hearing instrument streamer.<\/p>\n
