Our team’s\nnumber one goal is\nto continue to\nsee patients throughout the coming weeks. With this in\nmind, we are\ntaking extra precautions <\/a>to\nkeep our team and\npatients safe and\nhealthy within the\nclinic. We are closely following the latest from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention<\/a>, including best practices for prevention in a clinical setting. Our clinic staff have implemented strict\ncleaning and disinfecting protocols following each patient visit as recommended\nby the CDC and Washington State Department of Health, and we are working to\nminimize wait times in the public waiting area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our team has also recently implemented other avenues for\ncontinued care through teletherapy options. Some hearing devices allow for\nremote programming changes and\ntelecare. Please contact our\noffice if you\nare interested in\nscheduling remote hearing care and our\nstaff can help identify if\nyour devices are\ncapable with remote care.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remote Hearing Aid Care<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

If you are concerned about your visit, or\nfall in the higher risk categories of being over 60 years old and\/or physically\nfragile, we are offering the following accommodations:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

  1. Some\nhearing instruments allow for remote programming. If you have a Starkey Livio\ninstrument, you can call our office for a remote access number and instructions\non how to gain access. With Oticon OPN hearing instruments, we first need to\nset up the hearing aid in office and then you would have access to remote\nassistance.<\/li>
  2. If\nyou prefer, you can wait in your car for your appointment. SImply notify us of\nyour arrival and we will call your cell phone as soon as your room is cleaned\nand prepared.<\/li>
  3. If\nyou have a routine maintenance appointment, feel free to have someone drop your\ninstruments at the counte. We will call you when they are ready to pick up,\nwhich is usually within the hour.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n
