Are you looking for something to do with your kiddos this summer? The King County Library System has got you covered with a “Summer Reading Program” aimed at preschool and elementary school children. By keeping track of the minutes your little on reads online you are eligible to earn cool prizes including glow in the dark stars, (for reading 500 minutes) and LED flashing glasses (for reading 1,000 minutes). For all children that read over 1,000 minutes by August 31st, they’ll be entered in a drawing for awesome prizes including membership to the Kids Quest Museum, a family fun pack to the Woodland Park Zoo and a netbook computer!
