A big part of our CONNECT Hearing Instrument Program takes our patients beyond the technology of new hearing instruments through a personalized program plan and further education. At ESHC the journey toward better hearing continues far past the moment you walk home with your new hearing instruments. One of the ways that we engage our patients is with a Communication Tips Workshops. This workshop gives tips to our patients on ways in which communication can be enhanced in different listening situations, how to best communicate with others in order to optimize the new technology, along with allowing patients the opportunity to meet with peers going through the same changes in their hearing ability. We encourage all of our patients to take advantage of this program perk and bring along any friends or family members that are also interested in learning how to better communicate.
