In the last few weeks the newest member of our speech team, Lindsay Bley, M.A., CF-SLP, and speech program director, Maryam Sadrzadeh, M.S. have presented to local preschools and mom-groups about early language development in children. The presentations highlight developmental milestones for children from birth, as well as tips and suggestions for parents to use as their child grows older.
Recently our therapists have revamped our Early Language Program to benefit our young patients. The 12-session program is dedicated to involving the entire family in the development of their child’s language skills.
