Speech Language Pathologist Kate Pilant participated in the “It Takes Two To Talk” training December 11-13 in Downtown Seattle. The three day class focuses on family focused early language intervention for young children with expressive and/or receptive language delays. Kate learned how to help parents become their child’s primary language facilitator, increasing the child’s opportunities for communication development in everyday situations. The “It Takes Two To Talk” training is incorporated into our ELIP program to help bring the best outcomes to our youngest patients.
