This week clinic director Ruth Norwood and myself have the opportunity to learn about new hearing instrument products at Oticon’s US headquarters in Somerset, New Jersey. The two day conference features evidence based information on patient needs, new technology specifications and tours of the new headquarters, including the production room where all custom hearing instruments are hand made.
We feel fortunate to have the opportunity to visit the facility and see first-hand the care and intricacy that goes into each customized device. We look forward to sharing more information from our visit in upcoming posts.
